Is an excellent gourmet oil that can be used for cooking and or baking.  It has a mild nutty flavour that goes well in salad dressings, marinades as well as a dipping oil for crusted heavy breads.  Camelina oil has a high smoke point of 475 degrees F making it an excellent choice for pan frying, roasting or grilling .  CG camelina oil is cold pressed to conserve the ingredients of the raw seed, this type of processing also enhances the shelf life to 12 to 24 months and does not have to be refrigerated.
