Canada Golden Camelina Featured on Umami Cooking Show Live!
Canada Golden Camelina Oil was featured on the Umami Cooking Show, a web-based gourmet food series produced by the Umami Shop, a world grocery boutique located in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Meal kits with the ingredients can be purchased via their store and this option has been very popular with the current stay-at-home directive due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On this episode, the featured dishes were Umami Butter Chicken and Naan Bread. Many of the ingredients, like our Camelina oil, were locally sourced.
