Canada Golden Camelina Featured on Umami Cooking Show Live!
Canada Golden Camelina Oil was featured on the April 4th, 2020 edition of the Umami Cooking Show, a web-based gourmet food series produced by the Umami Shop, a world grocery boutique located in Lethbridge, Alberta.
The hosts and owners of the boutique, Patricia Luu and Sven Roeder, have had over 2,000 visitors tune into the Facebook live show to watch the various popular world dishes they demonstrate.
Meal kits with the ingredients can be purchased via their store and this option has been very popular with the current stay-at-home directive due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On this episode, the featured dishes were Umami Butter Chicken and Naan Bread. Many of the ingredients, like our Camelina oil, were locally sourced.
